The working principle of particleboard mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: The main raw materials of particleboard include various branches, small-diameter wood, sawdust, etc. These raw materials are first cut into pieces of certain specifications and then dried.
Mixing and gluing: The dried pieces will be mixed with glue, hardener and waterproofing agent, etc., and evenly coated on the surface of the pieces through a glue applicator.
Paving and hot pressing: The glued pieces are laid into a layered structure of a certain thickness and width in the hot press, and then hot-pressed under high temperature and high pressure. In this process, the pieces are compacted and formed into the final particleboard.
Forming and cutting: The board after hot pressing will be cooled and solidified, and then cut to size by a cutting machine to finally obtain the required particleboard product.
